Morocco

MOROCCO, a country in North Africa, has a long coastline going past Gibraltar, in the Atlantic Ocean. Countries which border it include Spain, Algeria and Mauritania. The capital is Rabat but several other cities are popular with tourists, including Casablanca and Marrakech.

The population is mainly Arab, Berber and Jewish. The three most common languages are Arabic, Berber and French.
